21 years ago I was on the old Orient Express from Paris to Vienna. There I met my mate Dave and continued by train to Istanbul. I swear he slept with one eye open in case I nicked his ticket and threw him off the train. Heard tonight he’s had a heart attack this week but is OK. Get well soon, mate
