It’s only April, yet I’ve already written RIP tributes for territory-era stars Bobby Duncum, Dennis Condrey, Flying Fred Cutty, Frankie Cain, and others.

Each one cuts deeper — a raw, aching reminder of how fragile and heartbreakingly short life truly is.

These losses have shaken me awake: time races by faster than we admit. So I’m choosing to make every single day count and pour my heart into this Substack while I still can.
