Ask yourselves, why was John Brown executed by the United States for treason but not Robert E Lee? Because the only treason was committed by the political players who blamed the victims for fighting back instead of the political wrongdoers for overthrowing our Constitutional union. It seems, the commitment of American government is to keeping the illusion of peaceful government at the cost of murdering YOU.

The Confederacy took off their uniforms and entered government. As did their offspring. A conspiracy to overthrow Constitutional America is active because more Confederates leaders weren’t executed. Instead, they executed the resistance. Because questioning government is a bigger threat than political actors violating Constitutional guarantees.

Instead of execution, the Supreme Court silenced the Disqualification Clause then and it silenced it now, instead of invoking it to protect Constitutional America. A legacy of Justices using weak theory to enable political harm against Democracy. This is called authoritarian law. The Confederacy won because State politicians still call an illegitimate insurrectionist President instead of labeling him illegitimate.

What do you think would happen if X amount of States called Trump illegitimate? It would stop hiding our Constitutional crisis and the Governor would gain more equal power against federal wrongdoings as Commander-in-Chiefs of the State.
