Exactly. Millions tortured, maimed and dead. Men, women, boys, girls, babies. All pay the ultimate price for “good people” NOT BEING PROACTIVE. Then when the shit hits the fan we comfort ourselves with bullshit platitudes. Be nice if societies could keep things right so they don’t always have to set things right after it all unravels.
