Sometimes I fantasize about disappearing.

Not dying.

Just logging off.

Getting a job no one cares about.

Growing tomatoes.

Writing poems in the margins of a notebook no one reads.

Not as a failure.

But as a kind of freedom.

Be bored more often.

Go for long walks. Meditate. Journal your thoughts. Read new books. Spend time alone without devices. You would get to understand yourself a lot much better. Your brain gets the best ideas when it is left to wander.

In those quiet moments, you'll uncover clarity and inspiration that can't be found in constant stimulation.

Best mental reset I’ve learned:

If your mind is loud — Write.

If your mind is empty — Read.

If your mind is racing — Walk.

If your mind is tired — Sleep.

If your mind is sharp — Build.

Most problems are just mismatched energy. Get the inputs right, the rest follows.

What Schools Are Teaching Your Kids About 'Gender'

According to "Trans 101", trans/non-binary people are those who feel certain ways, but might not feel certain ways. They might make physical changes to their bodies, or they might not. They might honor gender stereotypes, or they might defy them. So, this video takes eight minutes to convey no significant information, except that I'd better watch how I speak. I don't know about anyone else, but I don't typically appreciate being told what words I can and cannot use.
