Ask only three questions:
Where is cash slowing most?
How much is tied up there?
Who owns fixing it?
If the answers aren’t clear by week’s end —
you’re probably managing liquidity too vaguely.
One line that stayed with me from Torsten Böhler (financial operator & advisor, author of Liquidity Under Pressure):
Strong business activity can hide weakening liquidity.
Orders are coming in.
Revenue looks fine.
