I would have to say yes. AI did write your book, even though you rewrote and wrote over every word. You still used them as a guide in your writing, paraphrasing and such. AI set the tone and pace of your story.

I’m not surprised the books sucks as you say. This is what AI gets you. a hollow shell of a book, entirely lacking in creativity, imagination and the human experience. AI will NEVER write that in a book.

AI throws words behind each other, like it’s trying to solve human destiny or evolution or something, almost to the point where it’s comical but robs readers of any connection with the author.
