If an agency, such as the CIA, the NSA, or the FBI persistently violates the constitutionally guaranteed rights of its citizens, it must be fundamentally reformed or abolished!

The operators of streaming services, social media platforms, search engines, and AI models ruthlessly spy on us, steal our data, and shamelessly censor us.

In doing so, they violate our privacy, our right to property, and our right to freedom of expression.

In addition to the classic censorship measures, there is a method that is as perfidious as it is powerful but which receives far too little attention in public discourse.

The widespread shadowbanning and similar hidden algorithm manipulations are nothing other than covert censorship.

Through shadowbanning, the creator of the content is punished without having a chance to defend himself.

There's a case to make that this constitutes an even more serious intrusion in the right to freedom of speech than overt censorship.

Every form of censorship is a restriction of freedom of speech.

If the person being censored has no way of even verifying the restriction of their freedom of speech, as is the case with shadowbanning (targeted restriction of reach for certain content and/or individuals), then this is a particularly insidious form of censorship that contradicts every principle of a constitutional state.

The tech companies, not least due to their connections to governments and intelligence agencies, have such exorbitant power that, truly, healthy, free competition between their platforms no longer exists.

Actually the platform operators are obligated to transparency and respect for our fundamental rights.

Everything and everyone must submit to the constitution.

This naturally also applies to the state and its intelligence agencies.

They are obligated to transparency and accountability to their citizens.

If an agency, such as the CIA, the NSA, or the FBI persistently violates the constitutionally guaranteed rights of its citizens, it must be fundamentally reformed or abolished.
