The Tulsa Flyer published a piece about these restrictive covenants hidden in the bylaws of many Tulsa neighborhoods. They are illegal and never enforced but they are there, still on the books, haunting our city. We need to know they were major force in shaping the contours of the city. Here’s one for Sunset Terrace.
