The app for independent voices

For the past several weeks, I have been thinking about attention.

Not in the productivity sense. Not in the optimization sense. But in the quiet, interior sense. The way attention moves before we choose it. The way it drifts. The way it divides. The way it returns to certain concerns without permission.

I began noticing how often prayer feels thin, not because faith has faded, but because attention cannot remain long enough to deepen. How conversation feels partially inhabited. How silence can feel slightly restless.

So I wrote something.

A seven-day journey into watching attention as it actually behaves.

It is gentle. Scripturally grounded. Psychologically aware. Slow by design.

If you would like to walk through it one day at a time, you can find Seven Days to Attention here:

Take it slowly. There is no hurry.

And whether you purchase it or not, begin watching. Something sacred is revealed in this contemplative journey.
