The app for independent voices

This is something I'm also working through. I listen to a lot of audiobooks and I also read physical books. I finish the audiobooks much faster (normally at 2.0 speed because 1.0 sounds like head trauma or a deep Texas accent). It takes me much longer to finish physical books because I'm easily distracted by my phone. Same applies to foreign films with subtitles. I'm watching fewer at home because I'm distracted by my phone. Where is the Jonathan Haidt book for Gen Xers?
