Circle Group $CIRC.MI announced that it’s subsidiary exyond acquired 100% of QMAP, an Italian company active in the development of advanced technological solutions in the field of GIS (Geographic Infomation Systems) and Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS).

QMAP achieved revenues of EUR 1.4 million (+17%) and EBITDA of EUR 0.3 million (margin of 21%) in 2025.

Circle will pay up to EUR 1.4 million in three tranches, valuing QMAP at an EBITDA multiple of around 5x (excl. the NFP).
