I recently hosted and met Yan LeCun (ex-chief AI Scientist, Meta) at our conclave, Synapse in India.

His blunt take on AI: "It's dumber than a cat & hold less data than a 4 year-old sapien".

It can predict the next token. It cannot see the crack in our system.

Hence, give a generic problem to an AI agent → You get a hallucinated solution or averaged answer.

✔ Problem definition is the only prompt engineering that matters.
