If we want to get back to nature, we need to start by returning to the natural rhythms of our bodies. We have to start by returning to our own true natures, and protect our childrens right to discover theirs.
We are also nature- we are not separate from it. Building a relationship to the natural world is also about restoring our relationship to ourselves.
This builds relationality, first and foremost with our own bodies and natural movements through periods of activity and rest.
Children are forced out of these natural rhytyms so early, that they grow up living entirely out of synch with life and the beat that is their unique path to follow.
Restore that first. Create space for yourself and your children to restore ttat- without imposing anything else over it.
