Apparently the talented illustrator Kevin is also a musician, and his album, Neolith, is very good.

He composed it entirely on a single synthesizer, lending credence to my theory that the best art arises through creative limitations.

Its influences are 90s ambient-ish electronica and IDM. It also reminds me of computer soundtracks from the turn-of-the-century; alongside its Ancient Egypt-inspired cover art, that gives it a bit of a “utopian scholastic” feel.
