Every good poem flows like a river

Mine flows like a shopping cart with one broken wheel in a parking lot at midnight

Maybe that’s still technically movement

Maybe the real lesson is never trust a poem that starts with a lawn chair accident

But also maybe the duck is innocent

I don’t know anymore
