Today was errands and supermarket day. It’s also the day I spend with my Mom. Our first stop was Ms Flo’s, her converted solar -powered container-turned-supermarket that carries everything you need, from vitamins to wholesale items and groceries. What stands out every time is the service. She is always so kind, like family. She explains interesting facts about each item and even how she and other customers are using them. I call her Ms Flo; my mom calls her Aunty. Her husband was the first one to take me on a boat trip to a fav snorkelling spot when I returned home in 2011.

Her dad -Marse Bob Griffith - is one of Montserrat’s National Heroes and was a key early labour leader on the island.

As I was leaving the store, I took a picture of the manifestation note she had stuck to one of the shelves. She said, “Veta, let me tell you how I do it. I’ve been manifesting since I was a child, before I even knew what I was doing. Say it out loud with me: ‘We are manifesting it!’”

We are manifesting a super beautiful week filled with love, joy, happiness, excitement, lots of money, and lots of good vibes.

So yeah, let’s say it loud today and manifest the best week of our lives! It’s worked for Ms Flo, and it’ll work for us too!
