Last night 3sixteen put on our inaugural Jorts Mile: a one mile unsanctioned race through downtown NYC to be run exclusively in 100% cotton jorts. We wanted to put a community event together where people could have fun getting ridiculous fits off and have a good time, but serious runners showed up (Men’s winner clocked a 4:30, women’s 5:11 - in jorts.)

Our active collection occupies a really small niche and is pretty much designed for jawnz enthusiasts who enjoy putting that shit on, even (or especially) when running. Judging by the people who pulled up to race last night, I think we hit our target demographic pretty well.
