A few days ago, after dinner, on the way back, I asked Patrick McGee, the author of *Apple in China*, the question I was most curious about: "Why did you agree to my interview at that time?"

He said, "Because you were the first Taiwanese person to ask me, and you would also talk about Taiwan's role and discuss rent-seeking in China, which was something I hadn't discussed in most of the shows I had participated in before."
