They’re entering the industry at the very start of a completely new era of software development, one we’ve never seen before. They don’t have years of habits shaped by old constraints, old tooling, or “this is how we’ve always done it” thinking. They can adopt new approaches, AI-first workflows, and new abstractions without constantly fighting their own muscle memory.
That freedom to build without legacy baggage, and to push new tools to their limits from day one, is a huge advantage.
