I am a late-stage targeted individual. My hypothalamus was destroyed with energy weapons. One of the side effects is too low body temperature to power the brain. This makes the brain signals less powerful and the overriding signals (the mind control) a lot more difficult to resist. See my temperature reading below (confirmed with different thermometers).
