Anna Akhmatova herself reads the Requiem in this recording.

In 1965, during her travels to England and France, she was persuaded to read it aloud and have it recorded — a recording that was subsequently preserved in the West. (It has been available on YouTube since 2012; I came across this detail on the Japanese Wikipedia page for the Requiem.)

One needn't know a word of Russian: her voice alone, reading her own Requiem, is enough.
