Talking of my last name. When I got my Covid jab years ago… I was being talked through a pamphlet about the jab and the nurse clocked my name…

She was like… “oh my god are you related to Florence Nightingale?!”

I explained that I’m not. And then she started telling me how she was her idol and she was planning to legally change her name to Florence Nightingale in a few months. I still to this day don’t know if she was trolling me… or being completely serious.

Flossie (Florence) Nightingale is the name of our dog though. But I didn’t tell her that 🤣
