I live in Washington state and they have a fund called the Community reinvestment Fund that is de facto reparations for the four percent of Washington state residents that are black. It was over 200 million in the last budget and they are asking for more in the next. They have a huge d e i infrastructure all over state government with hundreds of employees spread out over multiple agencies. This cancer is spreading, not diminishing
