This morning I woke up feeling exhausted.
Hmm … I suspect stress is starting to get the best of me, and I know better than to ignore it. So I took a rest break.
The thing is, stress isn’t a badge of honour.
Rather, it’s a warning sign you’re ignoring.
Chronic stress: Lowers focus, creativity, and decision-making.
Rest: This is where clarity and growth happen.
Small breaks: Can do more for you than just pushing through.
When was the last time you truly rested?
For years, I thought stress meant I was working hard enough.
The truth is, that stress doesn’t equal success. For me, it’s just a sign I need to slow down.
When I finally allow myself to rest, my focus sharpens, and my productivity soars.
