Love what you do.

If you love what you do, you keep learning and trying to get better.

Your love of coaching becomes the inspiration for your athletes, your assistant coaches; everyone around you.

If you love what you do, the tough days don't seem so tough. You bounce back quickly and coach at your best the next day.

Do you need a degree? Not really.

Do you need a Level 100 coaching licence? Don't think so.

Do you need to have been a great player? No.

Just love coaching. Love connecting with, engaging with and inspiring the hearts and minds of everyone you coach.

That's it. That's the secret.
