Make money doing the work you believe in

Let me bring you up to speed on $SILC, again.

This stock became my strongest conviction as we received multiple confirmations of the most bullish version of my bull case.

Here's everything you need to know.

My original thesis was a recovery in their core business plus the potential integration into AI data centers for inference as the primary bull case.

Not only did their earnings confirm the rebound of their core business - with 40% YoY guidance and more than expected design wins in key sectors, but they also confirmed their first order for inference.

Other hardware providers also confirmed the growing need for FPGAs in data centers, starting with $AMD.

And with $ARM second, highlighting demand not just for FPGAs, but for SmartNICs.

The bottom line of these three updates is that demand for standalone FPGAs is rising and more importantly, demand for customized NICs is accelerating, to optimize GPU compute - which is $SILC business.

Last but not least, $LSCC confirmed the second part of the bull case through partnerships with $NVDA and $TXN for robotics.

This vertical won't just need NICs as accelerators, but as key components for development; their adaptability will be essential for robotics in the coming years.

Meanwhile, the stock still trades at ~4x sales while projecting 40% YoY growth based on its core business. A successful AI integration could push growth into triple digits, with higher-margin products and improved cash generation.

Most of the thesis relies on its inference PoC, a success there would push the stock significantly higher - multiples higher. $SILC is, without a doubt, my strongest conviction and now my second-largest position with ~30% of total net worth.

Lattice posted record revenues driven by AI demand and shared an integration into Nvidia’s physical AI programs and a brand-new partnership with TXN.

I think we can safely conclude that FPGAs are part of today's AI data centers and will power robotics tomorrow.

Bullish Silicom.
