Make money doing the work you believe in
Seriously? Saturday, brought to you by our very own CIA. In the 1960s, people who have clearly never owned a cat, decided to try and use cats as spies. The idea was the cats could be surgically implanted with listening and transmitting devices, then deployed to spy on the Soviets. After a roughly $20 million investment, the test cat was brought to a park to listen in on 2 men sitting on a bench. Instead of heading for the bench, the cat went in the opposite direction and left the park. It almost immediately wandered into traffic and was struck and killed by a taxi. Crushing all hopes for Operation Acoustic Kitty, the project was dead.
