In Matthew 20, two different people asked Jesus for two different desires. One, Jesus fulfilled. The other, he did not. But n both situations, he did not rebuke the people from asking for what they wanted. Friend, let’s be honest with the desires of our hearts. Let’s bring them before the throne of God in prayer and trusting submission. Sometimes we do not have, because we do not ask.
