This album is really special because it’s the debut of my dear friend Alex Montembault. We met years ago in jazz school, full of dreams and sometimes unsure about the future. I remember the long hours of practice, the late-night talks about life and music. Now, our paths have taken us far, me in NYC, and Alex performing on French TV, opening for Julien Doré, and on Star Mania. I’m so proud of him and everything he’s achieved.
