I see more madness as no one is in charge. The best way to do it would be to have a bunch of regional based T20 leagues, like there's no reason Australia and New Zealand aren't in the same league. You could argue South Africa could be in it as well. A Europe league, an Americas league, a non Indian asian league, etc. I can't see the IPL being 40 games within the next 10 years. But that makes the most sense. 16 teams, no local players limit and a bunch of other feed leagues. But being that we don't even have cricket.tv, I can't see how you'd ever get all these people to agree on anything.
