I've already done wides, Gayle gets the most, because everyone is trying to bowl so wide to him. Think Dre Russ is not far behind. I would personally count wides as part of the batters total - but I can see the valid argument against that being sometimes it's just an error by the bowler. Can't see how byes can be attributed to the batter, as most are plays and misses. Legbyes probably go to the batters who are the best outside off stump.
