Why, on the 6th of January, when the unlawful bankruptcy of Shape was ruled at the Maritime and Commercial Court, did the judge not even grant a short adjournment to make sure we were present? Shape Robotics is not a coffee shop you can declare bankrupt in a single court day without the management in the room.
