Thanks Gloria. I see that you also have a Substack. I have looked at some of the posts and I see that we are clinically aligned. I have recommended your Substack and I have noted your background as a registered nurse. I know that your patients were very fortunate to have you involved in their care. Regular exercise while avoiding sugar and white flour have made a huge contribution to your success. I hope that you will look at my next couple of posts because they explore a new frontier of diabetic management.
"Perceived energy overabundance" could explain why regular exercise and eliminating white flour and sugar control my type two diabetes without medications.
Thanks for the information. You explained it very well. I have family members who take the medication and are doing very well.
