Make money doing the work you believe in

My dream destination: Japan and South Korea have been on the travel list for quite some time.

I’m proud of: Trying to be a nice person 99% of the time and succeeding 95% of the time.

A book that stayed with me: I haven’t read a book of my choosing since Hunger Games. I usually just read books that my kids read. For children’s books - Everyone Poops (funny, informative, introducing scatological humor to our young ones). For young adult - Bridge to Terabithia - we just watched the movie a few weeks ago and it’s got characters, imagination, and all the feelings.

A good word/phrase to describe me is: light-hearted pragmatist. I like to think about fantastical things, but live in the world of practicality. I try not to take most things too seriously.

Your turn - Sheeba | This, Right Here Smita Bharti Apurva Shell at Shovel and Crunch Shreshtha Gupta 🌱

I saw this a week ago and I was like “yay, Tina Lance tagged me”, but then I was like “all of Substack will know I am uncultured”. Weird that all my friends know I don’t read books, but I was hesitant to let Substackers know.

  • My dream destination: I burnt out on travel so I’d just like to stay in the same place for a while 💜

  • I’m proud of: how ride-or-die of a friend I am.

  • A book that stayed with me: Shantaram - Gregory David Roberts (read 15 years ago & ruined me for life, never found another like it)

  • A good word/phrase to describe me is: intense in all ways
