ICE agents are hiding their identities so they and their families aren’t targeted by color revolutionist/antifa irregulars. In Ukraine Russians wear face coverings as well to avoid targeting of their families by Ukrainian terror units operating in Russia.

Interestingly both are responses to the fact that their opposition are fighting more like thuggish third-world gangsters than true warriors engaged in honorable combat.

Even the American mafia historically refused to attack the families of opposing gang members. In Ukraine and the ongoing US color revolution one side in each conflict have abandoned even the most basic rules of warfare — acting barbarously and spitefully.

Despite the essential dishonesty and dishonor we observe from the UAF and Antifa groups their opposition are attempting to operate within the rough boundaries of the law of war (in the case of Russia) and domestic judicial rules (in the case of ICE and the US Feds).

Ukraine’s govt constantly lies about this of course — as does Antifa.

Their behaviors show us who they are.
