I have to giggle a bit when I'm scrolling and see the posts by people with tons of followers who are saying what they're doing instead of scrolling…. Or that something is “better than scrolling.”

Is it a bit? Am I cynical? I guess some people have time for both and figured out how to balance their online persona and massive following AND the perfectly aesthetic offline life.

I am not one of those people. I've either forgotten my phone exists or am glued to it, there is no in between for me!
