For me, it’s the one that anchor physical sensation into experience, like your naval pull on Sable, the fly, and the subtle body languages.
The one that have questions to think about behind events that stick to the genre/sub genre, make me participate in the journey with the narrative. You create situation for Sable and the guy… Alden (sorry I read so many lately) to interact in a way that isn’t flashy, but mature and longing for more. This I haven’t seen in like a decade. I’m not good with feelings so I can’t find the right word for this.
