Just to clarify (because I'm a horrible nitpicker): total births numbers are available from the "fast facts" reports for each year, but not the nice MtM data like in the provisional reports. Was also looking at deaths age 0-9, and that also is different-- they don't have that category in the fast facts. They lump it all together in 0-20.

Did they only just start publishing the provisional reports, and that's why that stuff isn't available for previous years?
