Note where your attention is right now

Become aware about where your attention is in the physical world

View the 3-dimensionality of this room/place

Breath. Feel the room in your chest/body

Know where your eye’s focus goes

Notice your senses

Awareness creates space, enables control

From this state now you can direct awareness & intention - for example noticing new things, controlling your body trough concise movements.

Quick fix by adjusting your position, movements, tone, actions, become non-reactive, but observative & decisive at once

Once you’re aware about where you are, what you’re doing, you get the power over it.

Do things with awareness, even the ones you hate (your bad habits), once you ‘enter’ the space of the [action (or whatever)], you become more concise about the mechanics, the flows of action & reactions, creations, initiations & flows, become proactive.

I recommend putting a quote like those above or a markant symbol somewhere where you will notice it, when getting ‘distracted’.

Make it shocking, markant, loop-breaking so you don’t just scroll over it.
