What is feedback as a phase in the lifecycle of knowledge?
Not just “did you like it?” feedback, but the return of lived experience: what people actually tried, where they struggled, what worked, what failed, what had to be adapted to reality, and what unexpected effects appeared along the way.
Without feedback, knowledge moves only in one direction. Institutions share information, publish frameworks, run events, and assume impact happened somewhere out there in the fog.
