I suspected this was going on quite a lot. Special treatment for higher ups, and certainly people who paid for vax card/database entry with injection flushed. The CDC stats of % people injected was already revealed as bogus, inflated to increase pressure on the little people. Like illegal immigration, it's always worse than what they admit.
