When I was watching Pope Francis’ funeral on TV today I was very moved by the beautiful panikhída memorial service offered by the patriarchs of the Eastern Catholic churches.

I spent the morning teaching, but I’m watching the playback of the funeral now. Church history is long, and there will be many centuries to determine the legacy of Francis, but now we lay the Holy Father, the successor of St Peter, to rest and there is only prayer and hope in the resurrection. May God bless him and let His light shine upon him, and may He welcome him into the kingdom. Ora pro eo.

A bittersweet day—my parents’ wedding anniversary and my Baptismal anniversary. I recall the celebrations of the past when they were both alive. But I pray that they are now enjoying the Beatific Vision in heaven. And I rest in the hope that someday we will be together again.

We are planting some of these bushes in our garden this year and I’m! so! excited! Truly one of my favorite plants. (Yes we are getting a garden but lest you think I’m about to become one of those homesteading influencers please know I told the landscaper “the only two things I want are color and ease. Pretty colors, and me not needing to do much work.” 😂)
No way. They're not ready to admit these injections are deadly, that they pushed them, coerced, tore the country apart, pushed this contrived "plandemic of the unvaccinated," BS, etc. Everybody with common sense could tell this was too fast, too novel, and they could have refused. They should have wondered why the hell we shouldn't have at least tried HCQ and IVM as Trump wanted, before going crazy with this new shit. Trump said over and over that the shots were simply available for people if the chose, to help us open back up. They were rejecting it until Resident Dementia started the OSHA coersion and psyops The left went full medical tyranny on us, and they'll never admit they were had by Big Orange Hitler.
