Sometimes government persecution against Christians is very real.

My friend, pastor Mark Hilbelink, and Sunrise Community Church here in Austin are being sued by Texas AG Ken Paxton because of their ministry to unhoused folks.

Where are all the conservative religious liberty advocates? Why aren’t they condemning this targeted harassment against a church trying to live out the call of Christ?

White evangelicals love to cry “persecution” when someone says “happy holidays,” but are nowhere to be found when actual religious persecution comes. Ironically, many of the Christians who love to fabricate persecution for personal enrichment are the ones actually doing the persecuting.
