What’s your go to ice cream machine? I got lucky and found this 1990s gelato machine at a garage sale for $20. I love the built in freezer-compressor for best results, but they can be expensive if you buy one new. Anyone have good luck with the kind that requires pre-freezing the bowl? What brands to look for?
