Make money doing the work you believe in
I spent so much of my life running from my anger because I was afraid of it. In the process, I ended up hurting myself and, at times, the people around me.
Now, I allow myself to feel angry. I acknowledge it, validate it, and find healthy ways to express it or channel it into positive change. Anger isn’t a bad emotion. It’s often a signal that something isn’t right. It points us toward the areas of our lives that need attention, boundaries, healing, or change.
The key isn’t to suppress our anger. It’s to listen to what it’s trying to tell us and respond to it in healthy, productive ways.
