No one, and I mean no one gets to the top deck without some amount of "approval", meaning they can be bribed, blackmailed or threatened to do their bidding.
Anyone "put" on the list can sue them for libel and defamation for putting them on the list. This happened to Tusli Gabbard as well (she claimed) when people pointed out she was not only a WEF person but also CFR. She didn't have to sue WEF, but they eventually took her off. The fact that stayed out there as long as it did meant she accepted their things. This is likely the case with Milei in Argentina. Regardless, it is a serious taint.
If you are on their list and there is no public refutal from the individual they put on their list without permission, then they are part of that team. As good as they might seem to people, they need to be treated as controlled opposition. See how this works?

It is true that left or right does not matter because both can be very authoritarian, statist. As a libertarian, he is anti-statist, pro-freedom, the opposite of a WEFer.
I see no indication that he belongs to the WEF. They have a bio for him, apparently, but when I try to use their search functions to find him, nothing comes up.
