Planted evidence. Trump had cooperated with the FBI and NARA all along. And he had complete authority to possess any documents from his admin that he had declassified.

Dr Paul you give credit where credit is NOT due. Biden could not organise a root in a brothel!!!! Sure the master who is pulling Biden’s strings obviously conspired to set Trump up because Biden has no vestige of brain function left whatsoever!!!!

Does anyone have a verbatim list of the 9 posts Judge Merchan is fining President Trump $1,000 each for "in defiance of Merchan's gag order" (that is, for exercising his free speech and defending himself in a trial designed to interfere with the 2024 election)?

Or a link to them?

Good question, I'm sure someone does. And that's the first I heard that Merchan fined him. I'm surprised he didn't fine him a lot more, or jailed him.

Judge Merchan issued his ruling first thing today at the start of court proceedings. And Merchan DID threaten President Trump with incarceration if it happens again.

Thanks for the update. I was busy earlier and missed that. I really don't think Trump will cower to this idiot judge.

I agree, Dave. And I cannot help speculating whether he might call Merchan''s hand on that threat.

There is no doubt this is all being coordinated from the White House.

My only question at this point in the documents trial is: How did Biden & co. lose control of their process and allow Aileen Cannon, who thus far appears to be a fair individual, to serve as judge on this particular trial?

Expand full comment

I'm not sure how the judges are picked, maybe a rotating random process? But the left is up in arms over Cannon.

Funny how the the Dems happened to "luck out" with Judges Engoron, Juan Marchan, and Tanya Chutkan.

Those picks were all deliberate by design, they had to shop around to pick them out. I'm not sure how the process works, but it's clearly not fair or unbiased in any way

Quoting Attorney Tom Renz today:

"These lawsuits against Trump are so terrible it's hard to even believe that they are serious. As we consider the conflicts of interest Fanni has, the legally absurd approach being taken in the hush money case, the clear political nature of the documents case and all the other nonsense my only real question is why no one has been brought up on ethics charges.

These cases are a distraction and nothing more. We need to look at real issues like our southern border, election fraud, the mass killing from the jabs, the Dem attempts to facilitate WWIII and why the RINOs keep stabbing Trump in the back. I'm done with nonsense and, for my part, I'm going to stay focused on real issues like getting Trump elected and exposing snakes around him."

Each case against Trump is prosecutorial misconduct. Maybe it would take congress to pass a law in this regard to prevent this from happening in the future.

Of course he was set up. The fact is, Trump had a binder that contained facts about the Crossfire Hurricane investigation. He declassified it while he was still President. CLINTON AND OTHER TRAITORS WANT THAT BINDER BECAUSE IT LAYS OUT THEIR TREASON FOR ALL TO SEE. But the DOJ did not get that binder. This is what the case is about. Judge Cannon is doing what she can, within certain limits (Jack Smith says his evidence is a matter of "national security" and thus he does not want to make it open for the public) but she is redacting the documents and making them public because sunlight is the best disinfectant. All the criminals in our government want to keep their criminality hidden, so they can keep committing crimes. She is the one judge so far who is doing her best to be fair not just to Trump and the prosecution but to the American people as well, who have a right to know why their President is being persecuted by lawfare. The process is the punishment. They hope to make it impossible for him to campaign for the Presidency. So for now, his legal cases ARE THE CAMPAIGN. And he is really doing extremely well making money based upon the way he is being persecuted.

A main purpose of the raid on Mar-a-Lago was to seize proof of the illegal Crossfire Hurricane operation, which proof Trump legally possessed, in order to continue to conceal crimes committed by the CIA/FBI against a sitting President by claiming that the Crossfire Hurricane documents are part of their "ongoing (phony) investigation."

Of course this was a set up by Biden and his puppetmasters. This is the USA we're talking about, not some fucking democracy!
