Counterintuitive but Elon saved Twitter and actually did the world a great favor for the first time in his wretched life. I deleted my 13 year old account the day that he decided to go through with his purchase instead of going through discovery in court. He'll likely bankrupt it by the end of the year and most certainly break it entirely several more times on the way there. However, I deleted my account, then bookmarked the account pages I was actually getting value from. My Twitter time has been cut down by like 95%, and that stupid algorithm doesn't know who I am so I never see the right wing Nazi accounts, or the left wing doomer accounts, both of which would just put me in a bad mood all day. As stupid as he is there was a grain of truth that Twitter was basically a leftist version of Parler because of those stupid feeds and algorithms. I have affection for Catturd because he apparently bought the CEO position of Twitter for 8 bucks a month, and he persistently berates the owner on his own platform, publicly, that he's not making any money and losing engagement. Famous people are telling him to fuck off and immediately remove their blue checks because it's a badge of dumbass now. And people are being funny again. Thank you Elon. The site won't make it to the end of the year but this was the only prediction he ever delivered on, it certainly wasn't boring.
