Some people may have noticed that my posting frequency is somewhat uneven.

This is happening for three reasons:

1) On some days I have nothing of interest to say or share

2) Some days are better than others

3) Sometimes I have too much going on

I still prefer to say nothing, rather that fluff-posting just to keep your inboxes busy.

I only post no more than half of my post ideas that I start; I discard stuff of questionable relevance or posts that may not be factually correct.

But I always seek something interesting and factual to report on.

Igor, I actually appreciate this about you! There are too many days my Inbox is overflowing with junk. When I see one of your Stacks, I know it will be something interesting!

Thank you! I usually read your posts because I know they are never just blather.

And we usually appreciate everything you post as a result of your thoughtful curation.

Keep up your good work. Post whenever you have something to say. You don't owe anybody anything.

I always read your articles and they are always worth the wait. No apologies necessary, Igor. I see this was done in Belgium. Out of the reach of USA of death remdisivir standard of care?

Yes, but, somehow it took three YEARS to get the results published

Of course. Too late for all who took shots and died in hospital. My SIL escaped that fate by remdisivir and vent, but just barely.

Whatever whenever

Actually I wasn't even going to read this one - I don't care much about drugs. But I had an inbox quiet moment, and as it turns out your writing is engaging.

My inbox is overflowing with trivia, so I appreciate that you choose not to post “fluff.” I always read your articles and find them of value.

Some days I also am overwhelmed by the amount of material I deem 'important' to read.

You follow your reasons 1), 2), 3) and I know I will be happy because right now, because of your adherence to your reasons, yours is one of the posts I skip to ASAP because I know it is important.

All the best!

Evil bastards and everyone that supports them. Just plain dumb. Evil isn’t very smart. A friend told me today that about 15 years ago Fauci publicly claimed the best defense for respiratory illness was hydroxy chloroquine.

Has anyone created a universally effective Anti-Pfizer or Anti-Moderna medicine yet?

It'll make a fortune for the inventor. But it must carry TOTAL LIABILITY, unlike all the other dangerous Big Pharma depopulating injections they pretend are VACCINES! Continuing Zero LIABILITY is insane!

This a good study but it is not proof that hydroxychloroquine would have saved lives. As the authors themselves say it is an observational study and there many RCTs (not just the Surgisphere study) which showed no statistically significant effect. This 2020 Cochrane review mentions 9 RCTs (https://www.cochranelibrary.com/cdsr/doi/10.1002/14651858.CD013587.pub2/full). It also applies to a very specific and limited population - the very sick (25% of them died within 28 days) in Belgium in the early days of Covid. It is better thought of as a contribution to our understanding of the drug.

(As a bit of statistical nit picking p=0.001 does NOT mean there is less than one-in-a-thousand possibility of this outcome being a random bit of luck. The correct interpretation of p-values is sadly often misunderstood.)

Thank you. Are you referring to the 11 RCT studies (counting Chen a,b,c as 1 study) in Table 3?

They key is that Hydroxychloroquine is only effective in the first 5 days and that it is much more effective when administered with zinc. Most studies wait until day 4 or day 5 to administer hydrochloroquine and do not use zinc. They were engineered to fail. Once we create conscience legislation that allow anyone to opt out of all future vaccine mandates (I don’t trust your research is a good reason to reject a mandate in s conscience) we should go back over these studies looking for conflicts of interests...

4 or 5 days after what - exposure, first symptoms, diagnosis, admission .... ? I dived into a few of the studies and they seem to have administered Hydroxychloroquine at a wide variety of times - some were administered to people who were exposed before they even got symptoms (Boulware), others to outpatients with certain symptoms (Davoodi ), others to inpatients reaching a certain stage of disease (Cavalcanti). The Belgian study appears to begun HCQ when patients were admitted and had a positive PCR test - that seems to be similar to Huang (although it is a bit hard to tell and this study has a small sample size).

I can't see any mention of Zinc in the Belgian study. Did I miss something?

Pfizer meds are killing people! They make Eliquis costing somebody over $600.00 a bottle. And, for that it does not even remove blood clots! I won't take it! Prevent and heal blood clots by taking Doctor's Best Nattokinase (natural Japanese blood thinner from soybeans.) My daughter Joy's German Shepherd Duchess was required to take a vaccination to stay in a kennel for four days. When she picked her up she had the disease that the shot was supposed to prevent and was very sick. She was healed with natural meds. Joy said, "Mom, do you know who makes the shot?" Kind of laughing, "I said Pfizer." She replied, "You're RIGHT!" So, now Pfizer is also in the business of killing fur balls! 😡

STAY WELL NATURALLY! Holistic Healing: EarthClinic.com I post publicly and freel on MeWe.

It feels really strange to write this, but... don't trust your health authorities on anything anymore seems to be necessary.

There was solid evidence for HCQ thanks to the fraudulent paper published by Lancet. When the paper was published, Switzerland stopped using HCQ. Two weeks later, the paper was withdrawn and they resumed using it. This resulted in a square pulse where the death rate in Switzerland quadrupled.

Proof beyond doubt. Start time, duration, and stop lime all prove the case.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Better than any RCT in my opinion. Note they used hydroxychloroquine, azithromycin, and zinc. They wanted to save lives. They were NOT doing a kill study funded by big pharma.

Nothing to do with HCQ, but possibly of interest. Peter McCullough advocates putting entire vaccine schedule on hold until issues with mRNA on schedule are resolved:
